Coaching

As a Human Resources professional, I am passionate about individuals and deeply convinced that everyone possesses the resources needed to grow and thrive. My coaching philosophy is based on kindness and authenticity, within a strictly confidential framework where deep and sincere exchanges enable mutual growth. 

I contribute to a positive impact on individuals by empowering them to find their own solutions. Using all information as valuable data, my practice relies on a rigorous methodology supported by the psychodynamic approach. Confidentiality, ethics and active listening are the foundations of my practice, essential to building a relationship of trust. 

Coachees can expect an authentic presence, active listening, and total commitment. My goal is to offer them new perspectives to help them overcome the professional challenges they face throughout their careers. By working with other coaches and professionals, I ensure a high level of expertise and benefit from their experience in addressing potential challenges. 

Confidentiality, sharing, active listening, positive impact, the person, roles, and the organization are the cornerstones of my philosophy. These values form the foundation of my practice as I embark on this journey with the coachee.

WHO AM I

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, I dedicated my career to helping individuals, companies and teams reach their full potential. 

Since 2012, I’m Senior Business Partner in a Private Bank based Geneva, I’m responsible recruiting senior leaders, experts and managing all HR processes for the Wealth Management Business Line.    

Before, I worked for 8 years for an international Private Bank, where I held various roles in Geneva and Paris. I was involved in ambitious HR projects, such as the 2 mergers and the growth of the bank into new regions.   

I hold a DESS in Psychology and Human Resources from the University of Geneva, earned in 2005, as well as a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university. I also spent time in Belgium as part of an Erasmus program, gaining new cultural perspectives.
In 2025, I completed the INSEAD Coaching Certificate (ICC 17) accredited by EMCC.
